Asana: Mind, Movement, Breath

In this class we will use the tools of asana (breath, intention, and relationship) to enter a process of self-discovery. Through exploring patterns of breath and movement we will engage in the practice of self-study, known as the principle of svadhyaya in the yoga tradition. Through our practice we can find out more about how we relate to ourselves and our surroundings, and discover where comfort and freedom are possible.
